Who We Are
Impact Mission operates under PEM (Pentecostal European Mission), the official mission network of the Pentecostal European Fellowship (PEF). While PEF connects 60 Pentecostal movements across Europe and PEM includes over 30 European members and associate members from other continents, both networks share a clear commitment to working together and in unity throughout Europe.
Through mutual prayer, cooperation, training and outreach, we empower the European church to serve cross-culturally and to strengthen missions in Europe and beyond.

We believe the Gospel is for every person, every city and every people group. Together we can have an IMPACT on reaching Europe for Jesus.
What We Do
Impact equips and trains people for outreach on the streets of Europe and beyond. Our goal is to strengthen churches, support their vision, and provide tools for each believer to live out their calling. We also want to cultivate a mission mindset and culture into believers’ everyday lives.
How can you get involved
There’s a place for you in the Impact event! You can join the training and outreach event, serve in a team or bring your own one, or simply partner with us in prayer. If you have it on your heart to give towards our ministry, you can donate to us through PEM by specifying ”Donation to Impact” when you make your donation! Thank you!

2nd of July – 12th of July 2026
LOCATION
All teams will be in Thessaloniki from 2nd to 4th of July. Teams will be in predetermined outreach destinations from 4th to 11th of July. All teams will return to Thessaloniki for a Harvest Celebration for July 12th. Most outreaches are designed for ages 18+. See the outreach description or contact us for possible exceptions.
The training will be in English. Each outreach team must include at least one person who can provide translation from English into their own language.
